The TV show seems to take portions of the comics - the farm, prison, etc - and use them, but the characters & what is going on are fairly different.

I think you're on the right track, but my bet is Maggie. I do think if it isn't Maggie, it will be Glenn. I very very highly doubt it will be Daryl. I'm not thinking Michonne either. Maggie, Glenn, or Beth. In that order of likelihood in my estimation.

Since she is missing, I have a feeling she'll turn up fine. My bet is on Maggie or Glen. Likely Maggie. The whole journey to find each other and then the whole "You'll never need a picture of me again" thing has me thinking it's her.

My money is on Glenn or Maggie. More likely Glenn, based on the comics.
That's how this show works... They spend a lot of time with characters right before killing them off.
