and Hernandez has been easing back into the lineup the past few weeks. Also, that Gronk guy is supposed to be back for the end of the season. He's okay I guess.

LMAO

Shit like this is why nobody respects anything you say, lol.

He gives us some more speed at LB to cover backs and TE's. We can have Von, Woodyard, DJ, and Trevathan on the field at the same time and all of them can blitz or drop into coverage. He isn't some stud, but he gives us some flexibility and is good depth.

He is certainly better to have out there than Joe Mays or Brooking on passing downs.

Pasta Little Brioni 12-11-2012 11:10 AM

:) Boy, that Danny Woodhead sure makes the Pats dangerous because of his versatility in catching and running the football :)

Well, as I said, we'll see.

My biggest concern is the running game. Knowshon has been serviceable, and that's about it. He put up decent numbers the last few weeks. But he's not consistent at breaking the first tackle. I guess the only thing I can say about him is that he should be fresh, having been on the inactive list for most of the season. It would be great to have McGahee back. And Kuper needs to stay healthy. There is a huge difference, when he is in there.

Sorter 12-11-2012 11:15 AM

Your biggest concern should be Peyton's playoff record. I believe he's won a whopping 2 road playoff games.

Just a couple power rankings... :)

Quote:

1. New England Patriots: Brady works his magic as Pats make a statement on “MNF.”

2. Houston Texans: Like they did vs. Packers, Texans can’t contain high-powered offense.

3. Denver Broncos: Stiffest test since Week Five comes on Sunday against the Ravens.

1. Patriots (five first-place votes): Finally, the rest of the PFT power rankings poll agrees with the boss. Nice to see you guys finally come around.

2. Broncos: Before any of you scream that the Broncos shouldn’t be No. 2, tell me who else should be.

3. Texans: If they win the next three games, the Texans will secure the right to eventually lose in the postseason at home.

I don't enjoy it, but I think it's a fair discussion to put the Broncos near the top right now.

Pasta Little Brioni 12-11-2012 11:23 AM

Don't see how they can be ahead of teams that beat them with a better record to boot. 4th at best.

The Broncos are playing better than they were in weeks 2 and 3, and the Falcon and Texans are both playing significantly worse.

It's not really that complicated.

Pasta Little Brioni 12-11-2012 03:01 PM

They pisspounded you and have better records. It really IS that simple. Anything else is homerism or sucking off Jughead. You've beaten 2 teams that are 7-6 and that is it. Rest are cripples. All those teams have better quality wins.
