At 20, I had a decent body, just skinny. Definitely had a six pack until I was about 23 or so... which is when the beer belly finally kicked in.

I've never been this muscular/big/strong in my life, though. The irony is that I'm also at one of the lightest weights I've been at in the last 15 years or so.

6'2". Weighed in at 194 this morning, which is pretty heavy for me as of late. I fluctuate pretty crazily between 195 and 185 since starting to really get in shape.

Turns out my wifes new best friend who happens to be my neighbor is a personal trainer and is going to work me out for free. I have lost most my weight harldly working out at all so this could be interesting. The wife wants me to add muscle if I'm going to lose more weight she doesn't want me to be skinny.

No cardio other than kettlebells (though they are pretty good cardio).

Currently? I'm only doing twice a week, but I'm on a mass/strength building routine trying to get up to working with a 40kg bell. My other days, I'm doing more traditional lifting.

I got to this point, though, doing 6 days a week in a 3 workout rotation. Some of the exercises weren't kettlebell specific, but they were at the core of the workouts.
