I haven't worked out since my wife got laid off on Tuesday. I've really been super tight on my eating though (we're broke after all :)) and was hoping for 270 on the scales today after my 6 mile run this afternoon. 265. **** YEAH!!! |

I think there's something wrong with me. I've been getting a bit lightheaded lately during my workouts. I'm hoping it's a hydration issue, and not a heart issue. This kind of thing happened to me back in high school, and I had to have all kinds of heart tests done, but passed. I run out of energy much easier lately, too. I can't sprint like I could just a few months ago. I'm going to try upping my water intake a bit more than usual due to the high temps.
I'm kinda freaked. Going to the doc this week. Anyway, been keeping up with my workouts. Still lifting the same, but because of all the soccer, I'm down to two lifting workouts in the gym per week. On my "off" days, I started the hundred pushups challenge, but I'm already up over 100. I can probably stop soon. I do think that it's helped me lift more weight on the flat bench, which is a bit weird. |
