Is this video a joke? And what's up with all of that hair? You want to get laid, shave those biceps.

I don't mean to be rude but you have to be on the roids to have a body like that Kige.I used to have so much respect for you.

You ran 2.5? That's awesome dude!

I haven't worked out since my wife got laid off on Tuesday. I've really been super tight on my eating though (we're broke after all :)) and was hoping for 270 on the scales today after my 6 mile run this afternoon. 265. **** YEAH!!!

Damn. Sorry to hear about the wife. My week has been shit. The kids are away at grandmas so my eating has been horrid. Luckily I've only gained 1 pound. So sitting pretty at 219.

I think there's something wrong with me. I've been getting a bit lightheaded lately during my workouts. I'm hoping it's a hydration issue, and not a heart issue. This kind of thing happened to me back in high school, and I had to have all kinds of heart tests done, but passed. I run out of energy much easier lately, too. I can't sprint like I could just a few months ago. I'm going to try upping my water intake a bit more than usual due to the high temps.

I'm kinda freaked. Going to the doc this week.

Anyway, been keeping up with my workouts. Still lifting the same, but because of all the soccer, I'm down to two lifting workouts in the gym per week. On my "off" days, I started the hundred pushups challenge, but I'm already up over 100. I can probably stop soon. I do think that it's helped me lift more weight on the flat bench, which is a bit weird.

I hope you feel better man. Go see a doc. Don't play around with that stuff. This thread have been a bummer the last page or so. We need some good shit to happen.
