I would draw and quarter Ludwick and LaRussa right now.

La Russa ****ed this game up numerous times with his odd decisions....they really could have won.

LaRussa's handling of that game was the antithesis of the great Jimmy V "never give up" speech.

Oh well. I really do think they'll come out firing behind Wainwright tomorrow.

And the Cardinals refuse to sweep anyway, so they were only going to win 2 in the series.

I still hate Tony LaRussa.

Worst part is all the fans who sat through that whole game and LaRussa gave them a big middle finger. Epic game.

I realize it's a bit of absurdity to begin with to discussing position players pitching... but you have to wonder why he took Lopez out and hung with Mather for like 40 pitches. Lopez was throwing strikes.

You know, if you stab a man in the dead of winter, steam will rise up from the wounds.

Yeah, I know what you'd like to do. You'd like to find the guy who did it, rip his still-beating heart out of his chest and hold it in front of his face so he can see how black it is before he dies.

You realize that LaRussa will see this as strong evidence that he needs 13 pitchers on his staff.

Now that he's established that Stavinoah can catch, I think Jason LaRue is ****ed. We'll call up Rich Hill for his roster spot just in case we need someone to walk the ballpark for 3 or 4 innings.

I imagine LaRussa just wanted to get the game over so that high school game could be played. He is all about lookin after the kids.
