Further proof that god hates us.

No good QB at the top of this draft. Should have lost games last year to Indy, San Diego. Should have never beaten Green Bay, Denver.

It's just fitting we are going to have the #1 pick and end up with someone who would be picked in the 20s most years.

Nice drive by Barkley TD USC

Barkley would have been picked pretty high last year too. Miami would have taken him instead of Tannehill probably.

I frankly doubt that given Tannehill's connection to the coaching staff

Have my doubts. Sherman loved Tannehill.

There's no Andrew Luck, but let's not be hasty.

TribalElder 11-11-2012 04:41 PM

Our Luck

Jarvis Jones and a late round QB

If Pioli still has a job in KC, it WILL be a cluster****, and ALL hope will be gone.

absolutely and viable question

Is Smith worth a shit without Austin?

Is Barkley worth a shit without Lee?

makes a big difference on their draft value.

Matt was pretty good when he only had Robert Woods.

From the LA Times:

Quote:

Scout 1 on Barkley: "He's got a very good understanding of the game, and he's a great leader. Physically, he's very average. When he's throwing it across the field on a deep out, the ball sort of hangs in the air. He doesn't have that ability to just drive it. In the NFL, with the corners, they break so much quicker. They see it quicker, they close. A lot of those balls are going the other direction at the next level."

Scout 2 on Barkley: "He's got to be a decision-making, timing passer. That's kind of his game. When he's in rhythm, and he's making good decisions, which a lot of times he's good to very good, he can have success. If a play breaks down, or there's pressure, he's not going to be the kind of quarterback to improvise or make an athletic play."
