I heard it's a bad idea to eat carbs before bed though. I think luv told me that.

I've read the opposite multiple times. Early day carbs are bad due to your body having a daily insulin sensitivity curve.

Pound carbs at night. You'll get the glucose to feed your brain while you sleep (better sleep) and your body won't canabalize as much lean muscle.

Nice job man. Whats a sample day look like for you? Are you following a specific keto plan like Lyle McDonals or Palumbo's diet? I may consider keto in about 6 months after I gain another 10lbs or so.

I have about 15-20 things il choose from to eat egen im hungryn I havent gotten too technical with it. I just use the keto sticks to be sure im staying in.

Yeah, that's pretty normal. When I do sets of 5 reps or less, I may breathe once or twice. Sometimes not at all. I just don't find it matters too much for me. I prefer to hold my breath and stay tight.

I don't do that on high rep stuff, though. Impossible.

Trainer had me doing intermediate reps (10) for a while. I got to where I was lifting more and more weight (which would still be super light to all of you). He said it was time to up the reps and lower the weight a little if needed so I could start burning more. Reps now fluctuate between 15-20. He said I'm doing really good with form. I'm starting to recognize when I'm working different muscle groups, so he's showing me dead lifts and some other different things next week. I'm looking forward to it. I want to try new things to add the my arsenal of things to push myself with.

Well, I guess your skin is getting thinner, so this isn't surprising.

Do you plan on eventually integrating carbs back in your diet?
