Any fan, any coach, any where, any time would take that performance any game and every game from any QB, Rogers and Manning included.

To even discuss any thing to do with AS in that game other than how great the performance was is just ****ing stupid.

Should they extend him, yes. The numbers being thrown around are insane no way should they do it for those numbers.

But yes they should to a cap friendly number.

If I only told you that a team was outscored 35-6 at one point in a game and they lost would you say that the QB of the team that scored 6 likely shares some of the blame?

He had an historically good game.

More like, he just torched Kendrick Lewis and Dunta Robinson the whole game. What QB HASN'T done that this past season?

Blaming Alex for this loss is asinine.

See that is the simple disconnect here.

Some of us aren't blaming just Alex Smith for the loss, but we see him as part of the blame for not winning. When it was time to win, he didn't get it done, simple as that.

See the difference?

I'd still say what did that defense do? Quit?

So no answer OK.

No Answer, did you skim for the phrase Alex was awesome? I DID give him credit for having a good 1st half.

I think lumping him in for reasons they loss is nitpicky at best.

Time of Possession

Chiefs 37:33 Colts 22:27

Colts scored 45 points in 22:27 Yeah seems smart to blame the O.

and the Colts DBs are complete shit too, if you ask any Colts fan they'd tell you the same thing.

Cool. I would say that and I'd also say "Yeah, getting 6 points in 5 possessions in an issue as well". I guess it's kind of a small picture/big picture thing.

Was it god mode? Cause his first half was just as good as Luck's 2nd half.

And when I see the final score, I realize the D played like ass and blew the game.

You know, like a normal human being with a functioning brain.

No, not really.

I could tell you why, but it won't matter to you, so why bother?

If Aaron Rogers or Drew Brees had that performance what would the discussion be?

It damn sure would not be about them.

I'm sorry dude Bowe should have caught that ****ing ball, period.

I have watched that throw time and time again looking for something it was perfect. He forgot his position on the field end of story.

It takes teams to win. The offense did their share the D did not.

It's ok to wrong it happens to the best of us.
