no man - not at all - i love and welcome cultural slang or regional personalities - I apologize if you took it that way - I don't (however) think sentences need to be broken up into two or three parts to force that vernacular in there.

If it were a white person saying " ya darn tootin' " over and over again - then yes - I'd be equally as annoyed.

Seriously. The dude is 24 and acts like a 24 year old. Has he taken plays off? Yeah....but so do other guys and no one calls them out for their shit. Chris Jones disappears during games and no one says shit....even though that was the knock on him during the draft.

FFS....Peters is a top 5 CB in this league. As long as he stays clean off the field and they can control him on the field....you pay him like a top 5 CB.

Peters takes his job as seriously as anyone in the league.

I guarantee you he will be a different player with Mahomes at QB, too.

Kids gonna come out with more energy than we’ve ever seen him have. He LOVES Mahomes. Seriously.

From first hand at camp, he genuinely likes the kid and his style of play.

I would only pay Peters if we had an out after 2 years.

Chris Jones is not exempt from this either, but Peters problems are at a deeper level.

He needs to be the guy who came back from the suspension, not the one before.

If the cap is in order, every contract is a 2 year and we’ll see kind of thing. The guy definitely has some issues, that’s not really arguable.

How much of a problem they really are, we just don’t know
