A tie is as good as a win for the Broncos. So going for 2 didn't make sense.

Again this is just wrong. After the second down play, assuming they kneel, there’s 1:30 on the clock and Denver calls a timeout. Now it’s third down and if they kneel again for the field goal attempt, there’s about 45 seconds when the Bengals kick the ball.

Very entertaining game!

Red Dawg 12-28-2024 06:36 PM

Bengals arrogance is stupid. They could have ran the clock down and kicked a very short FG and won. But no. That's not enough for them. Gotta have style.

DrunkBassGuitar 12-28-2024 06:36 PM

A tie would be extremely lmao

St. Patty's Fire 12-28-2024 06:36 PM

not only do the broncos not come close to tying if taylor manages the clock properly, but the only reason this even happened is because brown got hurt and saved the broncos their TO

if they even had the 1:30 with no timeouts this game is over

truly the makings of an all time bungle. let's see if burrow can save their ass here in OT. i have a feeling he won't

That clock management was "special"...some of the worst I've seen recently.

This game should be over..

Not to mention not taking 6 early points in the beginning of the game

I want to marry Harlan's voice.

Best in the business.

But it goes back further than that.. having your RB run out of bounds, when you should be telling everyone to burn the clock. Then an incompletion. All this BEFORE the Chase catch.

Eh, going for one guarantees overtime, which has a 50 percent chance of losing. Probably more since Denver has the weaker quarterback.

Going to cost me $10K in the CP gambling thread.

Matt Eberflus thanks you for forgetting his tenor as the Chicago Bears HC.

1:39 left and they run 10 seconds off the clock then score. I called it, figured they would score too soon. Taylor should be fired for that. Hope he isn't.

DrunkBassGuitar 12-28-2024 06:38 PM

This is the right time for a classic burrow turnover

Rain Man 12-28-2024 06:39 PM

Regardless of the outcome, it's nice to see the broncos have an overtime game before playing the Chiefs. So I'm happy.
