Longer is better. The longer you go without food, the more fat your body burns.

Kinda. As long as you follow calories in vs. calories out, it's not THAT big of a deal.

You were probably dehydrated from the alcohol and lost water weight. I'm guessing that weak feeling had nothing to do with not eating that day honestly.

16 hour fasts aren't that bad. You eat dinner the night before....and then you fast until lunch time. If you're not a big breakfast person....it's not too bad.

I'm on 3 days of consecutive fasts. I went 32 hours today and wasn't hungry but ate anyways. I need to find some time to get in the gym and run though. I haven't lifted in over 2 weeks, and I've ran 17 miles in the last 2 weeks. I usually run 30 a week. It won't get easier next week as I'm losing my gym and will be on the road for the majority of the time. At least I'm solid on what I'm eating, and the fasting.

Nope. The refs for the nationals were chosen from the refs that went to regionals.

There was a college showcase in Raytown. That is where I was.

I did keep stats for a few games at nationals.

In other news, having eaten only 5 crackers and a tbsp of peanut butter since Monday evening, I set a new PB on the bench and military press this afternoon.
