Went and did some heavy deadlifts, squats, and weighted pullups. Went to McDonald's and got four double hamburgers and a McFlurry |

Ate 0 carb yesterday and resisted extreme mince and tatties temptation, not to mention chocolate ice cream. Today they brought in gargantuan platters of popeye's fried chicken, mashed potatoes, dirty rice and gravy at work, and I told it to **** off in the middle of my fast. HARDCORE! I did sip from a 4-calorie bottle of 5-hour energy but that's pretty negligible since I was on my feet all day.
The week of 36-hour fasts from hell is over tomorrow when I wake up....and FEAST ON SHITTY FOOD ALL ****ING DAY. But first I'll weigh myself. It's been 3 months of alternate-fasting and a lot of 0 carb mixed in. I expect to be at 180 or perhaps less, if the gods of fat loss smile upon me. |

I have fasted 132 hours this week. That's 5.5 days. Despite that, I ate on three of those days. 36-HOUR FASTING FTW!!!!!!!!!1
Now the question is, do I fast another 12 hours and make it six days, ensuring minimum weigh-in value tomorrow when I wake and pee? Cus I'm a little hungry. |
GUYz, my fasting is sooooo kick ass, i've really come a long way!1 whatta ya' think?

Not always. There's a limit to how much muscle you can put on your body naturally.

I don't really understand your question.
You want to put on the max amount of muscle, but you only want to lift twice a week? Not going to happen. |
THREE times a week.

I'm really tired right now. Maybe I'll understand better tomorrow, but I don't think your question made a whole lot of sense.
So, you want to gain 4 lbs of maybe muscle, maybe not, but you want to do it lifting twice a week? I don't get it. Just concentrate on the areas you want to gain muscle and lift them heavy and often. |
