Sammie's tweet was posted during the first quarter of the Steelers game. It seems pretty unlikely he was referring to the Chiefs with three quarters of football still to be played in that game.

It's entirely possible. Now I do think he's trending on the wrong side of "questionable", but tomorrow will be the important day to see if he's ready. As long as he hasn't had a setback.
