I was always told that DB's are just receivers with bad hands. He knows the route trees by now and if he's willing to hit instead of being hit then why not? Knowing KC's system he might adapt faster than an outsider. Just saying.

LOL, I told that to a friend that was a DB in college. He didn't think it was funny. BTW, he's unsigned but he's in his 50s, so he may have lost a step. Yes, Cherry was a punter, but that's not the one I was thinking of. FTR, Jerrel Wilson was a punter that also was a RB in the early days.

He can't be any worse at safety than he has been at gunner. Holy hell.

The way things are going in our secondary, they may pull Donald Washington or Mike Brown out of retirement to play safety again for us and they were the worst two we ever had.
