The wife and I went to the Peanut for the first time tonight. I enjoyed their wings and a couple plus one brews. My wife is not a beer drinker at all - ever. But I think she'll be drinking the new Blvd Lunar in the future. I tried my first as well and it's not bad. I wouldn't describe it as a full-bodied brew but it's definitely drinkable.

Downtown LS. You wouldn't appreciate this but my wife does - no smoking at any place that serves food in LS. I dragged her in there and if it was smoke-filled we'd have left. I think she enjoyed herself. We'll definitely go back.

I only asked cause I went to a party at the downtown KC location,I think it was the 1st and to look at it you'd think wtf,but had a good time.

The downtown LS one is quaint but nice. I could probably watch a game there as well. It has a few TV's but it's not the main feature like a sports bar. The big pluses for me was the quality wings and the 20 fabulous brews on tap.

Stopped by a downtown bar before the Cards game to throw back a couple of Amstel Lights.

Game got rained out, decided to hang at the bar and toss back a few more.

Few more turned into ten.
