True and considering how bad Huard acutally is and he should never ever be on the field for any team.... I guess we should be just excited that he even got the ball that close to TG... Your right, it is all Tony's fault.. He is the pro bowler, not Huard.. He is heading for the Hall of Fame, Not Huard... Tony should of stepped up and bailed his pathetice career backup out.. |

I have more of a problem with Huard playing scared after that play (until the 2nd quarter that is). |

notice the safeties readying themselves for a killshot on an exposed Gonzalez |
I was at the game, and I remember thinking he tipped it, this vid confirms that. But I also remember thinking "Jeez, Damon, you had tons of time and you can't hit the big 88 in the numbers?
It looked like Tony could have caught that pass, but I give Tony a little more benefit of the doubt. There was no need for the pass to be that high. 20% bad on Tony, 80% bad on Huard. |

This should be a hint to the coaches. |

Not if the QB always throws the checkdown instead of a forward pass. |

I think it’s a case that he decided the play wasn’t going to work and just stepped through the motions rather than attacking. But that’s just my opinion from what I’m seeing. |
Throw the ball more and lanes will open. Herm/Solari don't seem to understand this until the 4th quarter.
