Yes, its obvious that Allen isnt worth Bartee money, let alone Freeney Money. Lets let him walk and bring back Vonnie Holliday.

I don't see any penetration, but now that you mention it, Mr. rtmike, it sort of looks like the RB is changing direction to get away from Allen's backside pursuit.

EDIT: Now that I've watched it again, it actually looks like the D did a pretty good job of sliding toward the point of attack. And JA did overrun the play.

GOOD DEs are hard to find... When a team runs one defensive scheme (standard 4-3), and your right DE weighs 250-285, he's going up against 310-350 left tackle's -- LT's will run through the DE on most running plays, especially if the DE drops back into coverage. He becomes another outside LB. I'm also aware that Hali is a rookie.
