Thanks for that. And if you stick around, or if I do, you'll learn my life is a friggin soap opera. I tend to enjoy sharing my misery with others so you'll grow to despise me as some of our more sensitive members have. LMAO

Oh and get used to my spelling. If you need one I believe Pastor Mike has the supply of decoder rings, if he's still around?

Nope, gonna stick around again. I really did miss this place, though I have no clue why. LMAO

Actully this place has some really good people on it, and I've missed the banter and good advice. Along with the company in misery when we suck, as we have seemed to do a lot in the past few years.

Is this KC Johnny?

Yea for some reason I still miss the married part. But then again it's better in some ways. We're still friends which makes it tough at times. Anyway not sure were that came from?

No.
Johnny doesn't approve of my type, I'm a Navy Seabee, not Army infantry, therefore not a Real Man.

Sorry to here about the marraige. I was being a smartass. I think I do understand, we've had some rough times since I got sick also. I think for us it comes a little bit from selfishness on both parts and a desire, or wish, for things to be the way they were before I got sick. Thing is, with my disease, I'll never be quite the same, and we both know that. But, we made our vows, richer/poorer, better/worse, sickness/health, all that stuff, we'll stick it out, there are better days ahead.

OK I remember you now, sorry didn't mean to insult you. SeaBee's ROCK! read a lot about there exploits in WW2 Tru Gulf war2, and not a better bunch of Can-Do soliders around. :thumb:

Yea I wish Mine had remembered her vows, really sucked to have her leave when she did, the timing was what was the worst. To this day I really don't know why she left, and she really doesn't either. The only answer I get is she wants her freedom, after 13 years & 4 kids. And when I ask if she's happy now, it's always no, go figure.

Over the past 2 years I've shared quite a few days with MS patients while sitting in the hospital getting steroid infusions (I don't have MS I have a disease called Hashimoto's Encephalopathy but it's treated the same), and we talk a lot, because 1. huge doses of steroids make you talk a lot and 2. there is nothing better to do. A bunch of these folks go through break-ups after they are diagnosed with serious illnesses. I don't know if it is the same in your case, but for many of them, their wives/girlfriends couldn't bear the thought of being partnered with someone who wasn't "healthy" for lack of a better word, and they left them.

Yea I've wondered that too, along with most of our friends. I mean we have been through many, many rough times, more than most couples. And I know I woke in ICU with her crying over me so afraid to lose me. Then less than 5 weeks later she just leaves, after telling me how much she loves me & how everything is OK.

She still calls almost everyday, and I see her a lot, and is not & has not been with anyone and still shows up at times for the "benifits". She's gone out of her way to tell everyone that it's not my fault and how good of a father & husband I was, even defending me to her family. Really is wierd and I still love her, but I keep trying to move on, and I can't wait for her to "figure out her life".
