I would count on at least 11. I really think Cassell is a gamer. You can go back and see my many comments throughout the last couple of years about him. He played behind Carson Palmer and Leinart.....he might be good and just never got a chance to shine. He is the only player ever to have played behind two Heisman winning quarterbacks. You have to pick one in college, maybe he just got the short end of the stick. But I'm sure out of all people you know that.

What did you think of him in his limited role at USC as a back up?

MRI tomorrow

Peter King just said the same thing on NBC. His "sources" indicate it's a serious injury that could very well be season ending.

I hope for his sake he's better than he was on preseason because he's honestly never shown a whole lot. Cassell at SC was a guy who volunteered to play on special teams to get on the field.

He did enough to beat the Chiefs today...most weeks he'll need to do more than he did today.

Shit happens. Tough for the Pats fans. We've been there. You have three rings. We've got nothin'. Watch a single tear roll down my cheek.

Thank you.

I don't much care that Shawne Merriman is a dumbass for not having surgery and couldn't finish his game, either.

Wow, reality. Interesting concept

I want to ask a question.

How did everyone feel when Priest went down after Shawn Merriman sp? hit him.

Personally I felt sick.

I feel no ill will to the Patriots. I like Tom Brady, He works his ass of to be good.

Yes he is plastered everywhere because he is that good.

Do people line up to kiss his butt. Yes the world is full of sycophants especially in the media.

I hate to see any player get hurt (except Anthony Moreno in the 11th grade but that F***tard had it coming)

I find it appalling that any of you would cheer another player pain.

What's that John Madden? I can't hear you with that turkey leg in your mouth.

Cassell was god-awful in the preseason. I went to the Pats-Bucs game and he was absolutely terrible.

I actually agree. I felt bad until I watched the Patriots get bailed out in another game by the refs. Karma's a bitch.

Yep! He sure was. But you gotta give him some props as he did manage the game enough to win. Granted, it's a team thing. I don't have a whole lot of faith in him...but he does deserve some props for today. Yes, even against your team.
