Meh, Whatever. I don't fault the students for doing it. And I don't fault the school for asking them not to.

What do you mean by "jumped."

You physically attacked them?

God, sticks and stones you moron.

"Jumped", meaning I reminded them that they were sitting in the family zone, there were small children around, and they should watch their language.

I don't expect you to comprehend the roles and responsibilities of being a father, but by all means, feel free to correct me.

That's pretty strong. It's a reasonable request.

Personally, if I were a student, I'd probably join in.

I'd also like to think that if someone (head coach or fellow fan) asked me not to, for obvious reasons... I'd stop. I mean, you're all on the same team.. in a manner of speaking.

I have a young daughter and yeah i would (and have)ask someone to please not curse around her, she's only 3.5 but still she doesnt need to hear that

Yep.

I chhos to sit in the "Family Zone", and I've jumped teenagers and college students for using foul language in that part of the stadium. When I hear the cheer, I yell, "Rip his bloody head off" so my kids can't discern what the idiots in the student section are really yelling.

You want to call me a pussy for protecting my kids innocence, I dare you to do it to my face.

I'm sorry I see no reason for that word to be censored any more than puppies. A 7 year old can look up the word in the dictionary. Let's not pretend that kids will always be innocent and by protecting them from this chant on saturdays - that they probably can't make out unless they're right next to it or know what they're saying before - is going to keep them innocent for their whole lifetime.

Yes, it's the utmost form of pussyification of America. Censorship is nothing more than pussyification. And what are you going to do if I said that to your face? You hit me? What? Talk about setting an example....

The problem with this country is too many assholes trying to push their values on other people. The world does not revolve around you or your family, as precious as it may be. If you don't like it, stay out of the stadium.

I love it when you ****ers turn on each other.

You raise your kids to your standards, I'll raise my kids to mine. When I'm sitting in an area designated as a "family zone", I'll expect certain behavior. When people aren't conforming with that standard, I'll give 'em a chance to correct themselves. If not, I'll inform security.
