Hey, that works for me.

I need Florida to win tonight though, LSU winning would **** up my plan..I almost got a break with Nebraska earlier.

For the teams ahead of SC to lose? I need the SEC ones to preferably lose 2.

SAUTO 10-11-2008 05:38 PM

aaahhhhh hell i thought you would have a thought out plan....

SAUTO 10-11-2008 05:38 PM

do you think the SEC is THAT much better than the Big 12?

Mecca 10-11-2008 05:39 PM

I don't need to do that at this time..aslong as SC wins out they have good odds of finishing 1 or 2.

In the minds of voters yes and that can influence enough of a spot differential in the polls to matter.

Yep. Your loss came early. Win out and USC should be fine.

There's just no room for error now.

how so? their schedule doesnt look too good(difficulty), and if you are counting on others to lose... well that doesnt seem like too sure a bet.

agreed but the Big 12 may have something to say about that. they will beat up each other, but the SEC has done that for years

As the teams ahead of them lose they'll move...SC will be ahead of Oklahoma now...the 2 polls are heavily factored into the BCS rankings.

It's tough to go undefeated. Hardly ever see two undefeated teams. And if you've gotta have one loss... lose early.

i get that, whats worse an early loss to an unranked(probably never ranked) or a late loss to a high ranked team??? didnt hurt NEB too much one year IIRC mightve been before the bcs though, i think it was the first year???

Depends on the dynamics, but if there are several 1 loss teams at the end of the year, and you are undefeated, you don't want to lose.
