I'd actually never eaten at a Japanese steakhouse before, either. Pretty fun experience. Wusabi (sp?). That shit will clear your sinuses. I assume the nigiri doesn't have rice? That's mostly what I tasted in the rolls. The spicy tuna was really good, though.

Nigiri has rice, it's just the fish on top of the rice, rather than a roll.
