"What Clark has created by NOT firing Herm immediately..."

An impending bidding war among teams looking to fill their HC vacancies resulting in draft pic compensation coming our way.

I kid....

Doesn't sound like it to me. In Herm's presser he said the new GM would have to make a decision about him and Herm said, he was FINE, if the team decided to go another direction at head coach. That doesn't sound like a coach preparing to stay to me.

I'm fine with Clark taking his time to make this decision.
As long as he eventually decides to throw Herm out on his ass.

He agrees with Herm.

We need replacements at

QB
C
RG
RT

RDE
MLB
OLB
SS

We also need a legit third wide receiver and a legit strongside defensive end, but I'll be nice and say Franklin and Hali can fill those spots. I'm not even going to get into the rest of the depth we need. Good defenses have a hell of a lot more than one pass rushing defensive end.

Either way we're gonna suck next year. Herm has already proven he's a terrible judge of talent.

He wants to go into the year with his golden boy Thigpen, anyway. Woohoo!

You have become real bitter lately

The longer this drags on the more likely herm stays. If you want herm gone then you want more of a sense of urgency not sit back and let everyone else fill up their available slots.

You could argue "shortest distance between two points is", but as long as we get to Wally World, who minds stopping to look at the worlds biggest ball of twine on the way?

If we've learned ONE THING about Clark's MO, what would that be?

That's right; the Chiefs are not attention whores who care about having their every move broadcast on ESPN. What did I tell you before? Expect BIG THINGS and results from the Quiet Chess Master.

Big things, Hush-hush.
