Has nothing to do with him being from USC, anyone that has watched him knows, did you see him last night?

What? Moss had 1000 yards and 11 TDs last year.

I want Spiller because it means Cassel will throw the ball down the field less.

I hated the other picks in the draft. But none of the other picks were off value and the Pats generally didn't draft off value either. I don't know where we get the idea that it's a given that we'll reach. If they do, I'll be livid.

no.
based on the last few times they've been in the top 5 - they've drafted OL/DL.

I just don't think the chiefs are willingm to gamble on the risk of a top 5 playmaker, in case he doesn't work out.

I'm just not a fan of Dez Bryant there's way to much question there for me to feel comfortable with him top 5, he reminds me of Braylon Edwards.

I wouldn't take Williams top 5 either none of these receivers are worth it.

Annnnnnd we're picking in the same spot Herm had us picking at. Scott Pioli is the man!

I don't want a RB with the #2 or #3 pick.

Yeah, we saw your great WR analysis last year with Crabtree. Man, he sucks, huh?

Dez Bryant is a stud. I don't really want him because I think Berry is a bigger need.

But, you haven't exactly been spot on with your 'analysis'.

Orapko, Hali, Crabtree were all going to suck... and they have been far from that.

Sanchez was going to be great... and he has been far from it.

Clady was going to suck... yet.... he is outstanding.

Just wondering what exactly you look at when making your analysis.

Don't bring facts into this.

Completely different cast of front office guys. I hope I'm right but not holding hope that you might be right.

Dayze 12-27-2009 03:33 PM

i should clarify - if Berry declares, and is there; and if there is a QB there; and Spiller etc...

the Chiefs will take OL/DL.

obviously they're gone, then I'd rather take OL IF no other playmakers are there. not reach.
I doubt they'll be able to move down.

Mecca 12-27-2009 03:34 PM

How is what I said about Crabtree wrong, last years class was deep with no real elite prospect.

I said Crabtree wasn't worth a top 5 pick because there wasn't enough separating him and Hakeem Nicks who would go 20 some odd picks later and guess what...there still isn't as Nicks has performed better than Crabtree.

Who did Crabtree remind you of?

Do you just look for tall black guys?

Hardly any teams would take a safety top 5, I don't see OL being the pick, reaching for a NT would be a mistake, and as much as I want CJ Spiller I don't know if teams will see him as being too much like Reggie Bush. So that's why I think Dez Bryant will be the pick.
