Sure, we'll do something like offer you Ricky Stanzi in exchange for something totally unreasonable. It'll be great, trust me.

Rex Ryan is probably the best defensive mind in the game right now and does a great job of scheming against his opponents' strengths.

But to call that defense the "best" and "perhaps the best the league has seen in a few years" is absolutely ridiculous.

A team with offensive balance can take advantage of that defense because they can't sell out against the run to send everyone after the QB.

Without all out blitzes, the Jets have no pass rush.

Without those blitzes, then QBs have all day to burn their secondary.

Revis is going to shut down whoever he lines up against, but the rest of that secondary, including Cromartie, is just a bonfire waiting for the torch.

I don't know why we're counting the in-division games as locks. You guys remember last year, right?

If you can get us to 4-0, then you can surely get us the first 4 games after the BYE week as well... at Oakland, then home for San Diego, Miami, and Denver. 8-1 or 9-0 after 9 games!

Every year the majority of this fanbase thinks we're going to sweep Oakland and/or Denver and split with SD.

3-3 isn't good enough in the division. Not this year. If we expect playoffs, we have to do 4-2 or better. That means sweeping one of our opponents.

Vermeil's soft ass teams have done it before. Why can't we?
