the "here and now what matters" saying is in regards to life itself.

meaning you got to live for today to make the best out of yourself and not let your life go to waste. you dont sacrifice today for tomorrow because what if you died tomorrow? than you didn't live your life today. see what i mean.

Why do you guys put so much stock in practice and preseason? They dont give trophies for winning practice/preseason...
