Maybe it's that 90/early 2000s Chiefs fan way of thinking. Desperately wants probowlers at every spot on the O-line.

Guards and Centers are just filler positions you can get in the middle of the draft. Much like how Carl Nicks was.

people think it is crazy to pay a CB but have no problem throwing it a guard...weird

Consider Evan Mathis instead. Up and comer. Far less expensive. Albert, Mathis, Hudson, Asamoah and draft Reiff. save money for Solial.
