If we would have brought in a QB even of Brad Johnson's ability, I would vote yes, for sure. We haven't, so I didn't.

1. his drafts and ability to craft contracts are looking better and better...honestly, some of these contracts are ridiculous and it makes me wonder if he slips GHB to agents

2. his investment in Cassel, and worse his complacency with the QB position, is unforgivable...

3. we still don't know about his ability to hire a coach: Haley was a dumpster fire, and Crennel - while admired, and a great DC - has a history of failure as a HC

so in one area he's great, in a second he's an absolute failure, and in a third he's still a question mark...

I realize for where he was drafted it is off, but the guy has improved alot and actually does a damn good job DOING WHAT HE IS SUPPOSED TO DO.
