I'm sorry but I don't see why WVU is so highly touted. Their defense is garbage. The offense is outstanding, but the defense is going to cost them a few games.

The 70 they put on Clemson in the Orange Bowl is fueling a lot of it I'm sure. The last thing people remember seeing is those receivers and backs running through the ACC like butter.

I think Geno Smith is a great talent too.

But yes, you're right. The Big 12 is a different level when it comes to the offenses you have to go against. I think they'll do well but won't win it all.

Yeah, KU athletics this past season wasn't that bad. Football was terrible but they had very good seasons in mens/womens basketball, track and field, the womens soccer team made the ncaa tourney etc. They are turning it around in some sports, hopefully football will follow.

Watch what happens with Men's Golf now as well. Hiring the coach away from CSU that's been to the NCAA's 12 out of 14 years ought to help.
