It's always popular to predict that O'Connell won't make it, but unless one of the fullbacks comes on strong I bet O'Connell gets that spot.

You really think they will keep 4 tightends? I don't.

imo they will rather keep an extra Olineman or a Gray,Wylie etc type guy.

McClain was a talented Fullback before coming to Kansas City.
He wasn't used in a traditional way here.
And his touches were limited.

Because he didn't want to play FB (and he wasn't very good at it either FWIW), he wanted to carry the ball. We didn't use him because we didn't have a use for him.

No, he was a semi-successful oversized TAILBACK before coming here. We needed him to be a REAL FB and he wasn't capable, or willing (or both).
