NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

This is our year to draft a QB, don't **** with that. Although that looks fuzzier as some of the prospects don't look as good as they did early in the year. But still, GFY.

MIAdragon 10-29-2012 10:19 AM

**** you we have our own sword to fall on.

Buck 10-29-2012 10:20 AM

You're going to win.

Trust me, I agree that Norv isn't HC material. Love his offensive concepts and how he utilizes personnel. Unfortunately, he can't manage a team + calling plays, and he is getting sub-par QB play.

Honestly, I would tell the Chargers to think about trading up for a QB or hiring a WCO based HC or OC. If you have Rivers throwing shorter routes more often, it allows him to get in rhythm and build his confidence IMO.

Obvious troll. Please ban.

That too. I don't think Jackson or Turner would have stayed with the same contract offers, but Tolbert and Sproles definitely.

Jay wouldn't be a bad fit based on your personnel, IMO.

Hiring Clements and letting him call plays wouldn't be bad either. Not sure he would leave, but that would be an opportunity to work on his resume and see how he does with more responsibility.

Serious, but I am not familiar enough with Norv to know his "traits". I do know that his philosophies offensively work and have worked for several teams and continue to be effective. That being said, he is not HC material and shouldn't be leading a team IMO.
