Kissingsuzykolber - a masochistic blogger reacts to Peter King's inanity.

An excerpt:
[Peter King article]
d. Watching the blizzard coverage on TV in New York Friday, I was sure thousands would be killed by the crush of snowflakes. Then I woke up Saturday, put on the TV, and saw pretty much the most common thing that happened in the Tri-State Area was that people were going to have to shovel for four hours.
e. We do tend to overreact to weather in this country.

[kissing suzy kolber response]
OH MY GOD **** YOU **** YOU **** YOU **** YOU FUUUUUUUUUUUUUCKKKKKKKK YOOOOUUUUUUUUUUU

You’ve been lecturing about the problems of a cold-weather Super Bowl and the elements since the idea was first broached. I can’t believe the lack of self-awareness. This man has to be the biggest troll ever or a total sociopath.

(Paraphrased)
KK : I would have signed Peyton Manning.
SP: You should be the GM of the Denver Broncos, it would be good for the Chiefs
KK: So you don't think Peyton will be a good QB?
SP: I'd be willing to take bets he won't last, Time will tell.

6 months later SP is fired, lolz and Clark mentions SP inability to get PM in for an interview.

Actually, Pioli said that KK should be the GM of the Broncos after KK said he would have traded everything for RG3.

Now they both work in broadcasting, but the difference is that Pioli has never been right about the QB position in his life.

This guy is such a ****ing tool it's infuriating.

Seriously look at every move he made in 2009 and tell me a single one that was good.

DaWolf 03-05-2013 03:51 PM

Considering that Pioli also didn't sign Kyle Orton last year because he was getting paid more than he feels a backup should make by the Cowboys, it's fair to say that he thinks Colquitt and Bowe both got overpaid...

You'd think that the minute he started trying to talk about the game in front of them, they'd tune him out and vow to never spill anything in his presence... "this guy doesnt know what the hell he's talking about".

To compare two players so totally different?... as you say, a football genius he aint... i'd almost call him a glorified parrot that honcho's around the league go to to get their takes put out there.

Because he's a kiss ass that makes his sources feel smart. And ***** LOVES a kiss ass.

But Smith in 2011 and '12 under Jim Harbaugh and Greg Roman proved there's more than one way to play quarterback. His average yards per attempt was 8.0 in 2012, significantly higher than renowned deep-ball throwers like Ben Roethlisberger (7.3), Joe Flacco (7.2), Jay Cutler (7.0) and Matthew Stafford (6.8).
Hey look. It's Peter King again proving what a dumbass he is.

There's no need to "find a way." Anyone who reads this forum the last 3 days with any kind of attention knows that Alex Smith throws the ball deep less than almost every other QB in the league, including Casshole.

Peter King is a fat reerun.

Imagine how good Bowe might have been if Pioli had given him an actual NFL quarterback............

He put up solid numbers with a group of pissants throwing him the ball. Would love to have ssen what he could have been with a Brady/Brees/Rodgers guy throwing to him.

Why is that? Just because he throws deep less doesn't mean his yards per attempt are bad.

What that stat tells you is he makes the most out of his attempts.

So you have a guy who throws it less than those other guys so he throws it deep less than those other guys but magically he gets more yards out of each attempt. Its likely due to completion % and YAC.

Follow the ways in which Peter King is wrong:

1. Dwayne Bowe is not a deep threat.

2. Alex Smith does not throw the ball deep.

3. His YPA being high means jack.

If Peter King simply read one PFF article he would be more informed.

Quote:

His average depth of target of only 8 yards was the fourth-lowest of all quarterbacks and only 8.7 percent of Smith’s passes traveled 20+ yards downfield in 2012. Among quarterbacks who started at least half their games, only Christian Ponder had a lower percentage.

King usually writes pretty well, but he doesn't seem to understand Bowe's game at all. Not every receiver with a big body plays like Randy Moss.

He constantly writes bullshit that reveals how ignorant he is about the NFL.

He's embarrassing, and he wrote this so he can set up an "I told you so" column if the Chiefs have a losing record this year without Pioli.

I can see it now. "Without Pioli, big signings don't pay off for Chiefs."

I get the Bowe isn't a deep threat thing which actually fits the scenario better anyway.

So what was Flacco and Big Ben's yards per attempt?

Who gives a shit? It has zero relevance to any discussions about Alex Smith. He's inferior to both of them.
