Regardless this is a small kid that had to work to make himself the size of an NFL OT. If Albert ate what this kid does he would weigh over 350. |
Luke Joeckel impressing

I think he's struggling because he's just not quick enough playing the right side techniques. He's an LT and even though he played some RT (during HS?) doesn't mean shit when you're going against pros and you haven't played that side recently.
He's a pretty smart guy -- I expect he'll be at least serviceable come JAX. |

He's a compromise of safety and potential all at a position so undervalued that the number of his kind that have been drafted #1 overall can be counted on one hand. |

I get it. It also explains why we drafted him... |

this hand wringing is laughable. lets pump the breaks with the bullshit speculation and hypotheticals.

Sorry, it's true. The man is going to have to be an all-time great to make picking him at #1 overall worth it. "Safe" and "good" just doesn't ****ing cut it. |
Lol this thread. If anyone is AT the practices will notice most of the time he looks 100% the part. The only time anyone reports anything is when he does make a mistake. Is he All-Pro at this second, no but that doesn't mean he looks horrible out there. He is just a rookie getting better as training camp goes. Heck Albert still gets beat during practice as well. Wouldn't expect anything but overreacting on this board.
