Whats funny is that many people who dont play when the payoff is a mere $20 million dollars are suddenly all in when it is close to a billion dollars. What? $5 million or $10 million dollars wouldnt change your life any?

Instead of buying a book about how to win, I just invested some money in tickets. A friend and I have bought tickets together for 20 years or more whenever the prize gets insanely big. It's worth it just to idly have fun chatting with him about it.

I know the odds are kind of in the ball park of getting hit by lighting while having a three way with three Victory Secret Models in your Mom's basement then being crushed by a meteor but I've spent more than $10 in less productive ways.

I wonder how much your odds improve by purchasing 5 tries as opposed to 1 try? Percentage wise I mean.
