My Grandfather has made tons of money doing coin sales. You get say a 1909-s VDB wheatie, you almost have to send it off. Different thing |
I have a closet full of shit I have to move from time to time. Does that count?
Most of the stars from the 80s & 90s RC's are in there with some big sections of the big stars. The Brett, Cal, Ryan, Jr., Jordan, & Hakeem collections are ridiculous. Especially the Hakeem, it's a monster... wtf was I thinking?? I figure it's all worthless, but maybe some kid will enjoy it some day. I always liked the card with Jr, his brother, and Sr. on it. It's probably worth a whole 10 cents, but I always found it interesting. Is a ball with the '85 team sigs on it worth much? |

I know, you are going WTF? 1990 Topps rare?LMAO What separates it was a gold stamp labeled "Desert Storm". Topps gave them out to the troops during Desert storm. Needless to say, not too many of the baseball cards given out to the troops in a war zone survived. |

I have a Mark McGwire rookie. I should have sold it high like 14 years ago.

When I was seriously collecting in the mid 90's my father-in-law made this frame and my wife did the painting to display some of my cards. I have about 20-30 high quality cards I rotate through the display.
