I have a 4 cylinder Quad Cab Pre-Runner that just turned 150k and I wouldn't trade it for the world. I get 20 MPG City and 26 MPG Highway miles

I'm selling my Subaru Impreza WRX STI. No, it's not a truck. But it's AWD and with a shit load of power and grip for days, it'll take you anywhere in the snow. :)

I've been looking for the original Tacoma 2 door for a while. Hard to find. Always liked those.

That's not 100% true. When it snowed 13 inches a few years ago I couldn't get out of my driveway with my 400hp WRX :P . I ended up high centered sitting on the frame with all 4 wheels lookin like a snowblower shooting rooster tails into the air :P

(not that a small truck could have gotten out either~)

Squarebody? I see them on craigslist all the time. Just sold a single cab one today here at the dealership.

Can't go wrong with a used Tacoma UNLESS the frame is rusted. Older models had a 15-year frame warranty because Toyota bought defective frames from an Ohio company; they were replacing them for free up until Dec 2012. Regardless if it's still within the 15 year warranty period, Toyota will no longer honor the warranty.

Yea, the tundra frames would bend when towing. Horrible, horrible trucks.

Had a 95.5 yota great truck. No issues in 2 years bought it with 95k sold it with 120. The only others i have experience with is the newest body style dakota. Decent truck just dont feel right to me, and like all the dodges of that era the interior seemed to be behind the competition by 10 years.

Toyota, hands down. Never had a problem

4 things

1. If you're going to purchase a used vehicle, make sure you check the level of the antifreeze. If too full, go ahead and pour the excess into a mason jar and drink it all.

2 Burst. This place has lost it.

3.

Dude. C'mon, really?

4. I had a '82 Datsun 4x4 ext cab and put a little over 300k on it. Body was rusting out, but engine and drivetrain were still strong. I've had good experience with those older jap pickups(dats/niss, maz, toy). Damn things will run forever.

I have an adjustable suspension, ( a good one, not some cheap ass slam it to the ground bullshit), so we raised it a little bit today. Got on my accessport and did a little tuning today as well. I also have a set of Goodyear Blizzacks mounted up, and installed my new light bar today. :)

Bring on the snow.
