Yes. NFL loves certain storylines, loudest stadium looks to be one of them.
Long time since Den played SNF/MNF at KC. NE and KC have played on MNF before, so its going to be SNF this time. For SFO I just think CBS might not want to give that away.

Oh, hadn't thought of the loud stadium pageant. You may be on to something...

The way Goodell is operating these days, we'll be holding the 2014 season in 2015... anyone who doesn't hate this guy by now isn't paying attention, hell even Peter King is bitching about the guy lately.

Blame the owners. They hired him and he's doing what they want.

My crack at a schedule.

THIS IS JUST MY PREDICTION OF THE SCHEDULE, NOT THE ACTUAL SCHEDULE. UNLESS I AM NOSTRADAMUS OR SOMETHING.

St Louis
at San Francisco MNF
at Oakland
Jets
at Dolphins
Pats SNF
Denver
at Chargers
at Bills
BYE
at Denver TNF
Titans
Raiders
at Cardinals
Seattle
at Steelers
Chargers

It's long been rumored that SF will open it's new stadium on MNF against KC in week 2 after playing at Seattle the opening TNF game.

True, piss on them, too.

This is my guess at a schedule. Weeks 2 and 3 the Royals are at home so I'd guess they're either scheduled away or it's a MNF/SNF game. Also, Week 5 is a NASCAR race across the border. I gave KC the bye on the notion they get screwed with yet another early one that seems to be the committee's MO in recent years.
Here's my last guess, all times Eastern.

Week 1 New York Jets (CBS Sept. 7 1:00pm)
Week 2 @ San Francisco (ESPN Sept. 15 8:00pm)
Week 3 @ Oakland (CBS Sept. 21 1:00pm)
Week 4 St. Louis(FOX Sept. 28 1:00pm)

Week 5 @ San Diego (CBS Oct. 5 4:30pm)
Week 6 @ Arizona (CBS Oct. 12 4:30pm)
Week 7 New England (CBS Oct. 19 1:00pm)
Week 8 Seattle (FOX Oct. 26 1:00pm)

Week 9 @ Buffalo (NFLN Thursday Oct. 30 7:00pm)
Week 10 BYE (Nov. 9)
Week 11 Denver (CBS Nov. 16 1:00pm)
Week 12 @ Pittsburgh (CBS 1:00pm)

Week 13 @ Miami (CBS Nov. 30 1:00pm)
Week 14 San Diego (CBS Dec. 7 4:30pm)
Week 15 Tennessee (CBS Dec. 14 1:00pm)
Week 16 @ Denver (NBC Dec. 21 8:00pm)
Week 17 Oakland (CBS Dec. 28 1:00pm)

Scheduling is a BITCH.

Why would an @ Miami game be played at 4:30?

If true, that would be just about the worst possible scenario for us.

They're already a much better team than us, opening a new stadium, and potentially coming off a loss with a week and a half rest.

Because that spot used to be on a West coast game.

I think the Giants will be much improved this season. I'm guessing it'll come down to them and the Eagles duking it out for the division title.

They're still boring as shit to watch though.

RunKC 04-23-2014 03:15 PM

Apparently Denver is hosting Indy on SNF on opening weekend

Giants are still the worst team in that division.

"Well, people want to watch NFC East teams on national television...."

THAT'S BECAUSE THOSE ARE THE FOUR TEAMS THE NETWORKS SCHEDULE EVERY YEAR.

I'd say that's probably the Skins or the Boys. The Skins have a ton of weapons on offense now but they're still trying to develop a QB and the Boys let go of their entire pass rush when they dropped Ware and Hatcher. Garrett needs to learn how to feed Demarco Murray or it'll probably be a rough year for Romo..

The whole division sucks balls though, to be honest.
