Alex is just doing what he's always done...**** the wide receivers, they aren't open by five yards so imma check this shit down baby!

Yeah, and Josh Gordon put up a 1,000 yards more than Bowe last year with crap QBs throwing him the ball.

Bowe also started showing up about the same time Reid had his talk with Alex about him HAVING to throw the ball down the field.

Reid wasn't the one that didn't want to or know how to use Bowe...

But he didn't show up. He failed to use his big ass body against the Colts CB to stay in bounds when we needed him most at the end of the game. That game is the story of Bowe in a lot of ways imo. I did not expect him to make that play before the ball was snapped. Everyone knew the ball was going to him and it was thrown perfectly. He is part of the reason we haven't been successful imo. We need a better pass catcher than Bowe. I don't care if he is the all time leading Chiefs receiver. He's overrated as hell imo.

I don't care about other teams, other players.

We know what Bowe can do, even with shit QBs.

Once Alex stopped playing fraidy-cat ball, lo and behold, Bowe actually produced.

Stop pillorying Dwayne Bowe because a known checkdown criminal took 10 weeks to work up his courage. It's not ****ing logical.

John Dope 08-13-2014 02:27 PM

We know what Bowe used to be able to do sometimes. We don't know what he "can" do anymore.

Bullshit. Did you see the playoff game? Stop being intellectually dishonest.

Did you know that Bowe had 521 yards his last eight games last season?

Gee, that had NOTHING to do with Alex finding his nuts I bet.

Every player is going to have one or two bad plays a game.

The only reason we're here arguing this is the secondary had about 400 that day...

Right. We're all hoping Bowe bounces back, but unfortunately, he may be done. That's all Teicher's column was suggesting, and only emotional Bowe marks find it controversial.

Well, Alex had fewer attempts the 2nd half the year but more yards...

:hmmm:

Total bullshit. WRs in the best shape of their life, who have never had a major injury, are not "done" at 30.

Bowe has a good five years left.

Teicher looks like Finebaum, Finebaum looks like a penis.

Geezus it's annoying when people can't keep to their threads.

Yes, however. Eyewitnesses are unreliable. Thousands of people have seen Elvis. They're all probably wrong.

Which is why I've always accepted the notion that Alexander the Great was actually a talking Great Dane.

That's why there is hope he bounces back. Let's just hope he was slow last year because of his weight and difficulty learning the system.
