Actually, I think I see two now. Two is fine. Just not one.

Fair enough. Still seems to be a very strange ratio.

I can't do anything about the Brazil nut ratio in a can of Planters Deluxe Mixed Nuts.

Nothing against the Brazil nuts but IMO you gotta go all or nothing. At least make it about 25 nuts or so. 7 is pretty weak.

For a recipe to be proud of, this post MIGHT be missing something[s].

Not sure what you're referring to.

Full plan of attack is to melt the butter (stick and half) in pyrex (liquid) measuring cup in the microwave, stir in worchestershire sauce (4 tbsp), stir in seasoned salt (1 tbsp), stir in garlic powder (1.5 tsp), stir in onion powder (1 tsp). Pour over the mix. Bake.

Sad part of all this is that I can't remember what I did an hour ago, but the chex mix recipe I know from memory.

Took keg's suggestion on the Parmesan goldfish.

Sometimes I really like them, sometimes I really don't.

It's sort of weird.

Lately I've been mostly going with cheddar. Actually bought flavor blasted (basically goldfish with cheetoes seasoning..) by accident last time (not sure how I managed that...). Was afraid it would screw the mix up but I didn't notice any difference.

I've been chowing down on Chex Mix watching the SF-SD game. Good stuff, man!
