well, boston's been a bitch for her. had back/hip problems 2 years ago. we thought she was in pretty good condition for this one, but her hip started bothering her and then the legs started cramping up pretty bad. she usually finishes around 3hrs 40 minutes. over 4hrs today...she's kinda pissed.

she's back and showered. i rubbed her feet down and left her resting while i ran across the road for a couple beers. when she's able to move, we'll go eat supper.

she's a little depressed, but i'm not gonna let it get her down. take a couple days off, then start training for another one to qualify to come back. probably do chicago or memphis again for this.

as long as i don't have to drive, i love boston.

Sec you're not breaking training at all, I love it buddy! Keep up the good work with those 16 ounce curls. LMAO :thumb:

If you don't have bad runs, you can't identify the good runs. And even her bad runs are a good run by my standards.

my best friends sister wanted to go/run in the year that (you know what) happened but she had too many running injuries and luckily ended up not going.

Brideowanian is a runner.

I pull a hamstring when I GET the runs, let alone chasing Kenyans across Boston.

lol at 'my thread'as an excuse.

you're the one fighting with yourself in the first place because it all started with you taking something personal that was never meant or implied.

isnt it over by now? So what happened?
