And the cap money is not all that matters. He's also wanting a long term deal and if he suffered an Achilles injury or soemthing like that, his long term offer next year would be significantly lower. Posted via Mobile Device |

While it's possible we could see those players cut or restructured, I still don't believe it'll be enough to carry a $12 million dollar per safety, as they have other needs (and the draft). |

Hopefully Berry will come around at the end of the year and give us a hometeam discount. Charles, DJ and Fisher all did so maybe he'll follow. I mean if we'r ever gonna be sucessfull over a long period like the Pats we need a core of team players.

-Rolling over $$ this year would create a little over $8 million in 2017. -Cap rise will probably be around $5 million making it $13 million. -Extending Foles could lower his $10 million 2017 cap hit year 1 to save around $5 million. That's $18 million without cutting Mauga and cutting/restructuring Colquitt. Not sure if that will work, but we have $27 million in 2018 to push the 2nd year cap hits for Poe and Berry. |
it seems pretty obvious berry and the chiefs are parting ways
kelce and fisher were handled, and poe will be next someone had to be the odd man out, berry it is |
