Sigh

I don’t have a huge problem with this. I mean, who really cares? HCAR is and always has been the OC for this Team, so what does it matter who carries the actual title. JMHO

Any of you all that were expecting a move outside of the organization set yourself up for disappointment.
This was the obvious move from the get go. Just like if Sutton does retire it will most likely be Al Harris that would become the DC. |

Hopefully we'll run the ball w/ Hunt and Ware now.
Reid immediately stops running the ball as soon as the defense gets an upper hand a few times. It's very annoying. |

He’s what the offense needs. He has the mentality and attitude this offense needs to take the next step. He is vocal, he is demanding and he is a leader. He is a future HC in my book. This is my view of it. |

Reid is an offensive coach and wants his hands/scheme in that cookie jar as much as possible so to keep that continuity among staff and personnel he's probably more likely to choose someone in-house rather than look for someone outside the organization, that is unless someone he brings in someone who worked for him in Philly etc. I think w/ defense he's willing to delegate that job off to someone else, and doesn't necessarily have to be someone in house. |
