I'm 20+ years younger than that and I like 810 because they actually talk about college sports. 610 NEVER talks about college sports. It's exhausting - their coverage about Royals in the summer. ONLY Chiefs in the fall. Over and over again. How can you talk about the same shit so much?

610 talks about the only college sport that really matters around here; KU basketball, a ton. They just don't waste time with the mutt and ksuck segments because there's like 18 people out there that actually want to hear them talk about sub .500 basement dwellers.

You'd be surprised how much they *don't* talk about the Chiefs. Ron and Vern are yawning during Andy Reids press conferences and talking about other things during it.

I tuned in at 10:05am on Monday after the Chiefs game and they weren't talking Chiefs - they went on for 5 minutes about how much some guy on ESPN was sweating.

Ron brings nothing to the table though. His takes are shit and he just yells the whole time. Vern could do that show by himself and it would be way better. But he's not a loud enough idiot to attract other idiots like Fescoe and Show are so that won't happen.

Good question but then why listen to it. I have not even heard of some those dudes mentioned here on the 610 side.

I really liked Vern pre and post game for the Royals. I thought he was so money. He definitely needs a new partner. Ron is so bad that it's hard to evaluate Vern.

I actually think that Bob Fescoe is worse than he is. Ron is sorta funny sometimes and Bob seems like if he loses just a few IQ points he will be considered functionally reeruned.

6am- 2pm is some terrible sports radio generally. I will look at the radio app and listen only to the guests that are appealing. I do kind of like the guys in the 2pm-6pm show though.

If you hear Fescoe laugh at one of his own idiotic takes or jokes or whatever you'll understand how he is the worst ever.

Bob is actually decent IMO. Bob really really hates St. Louis, which I can get behind.

Fescoe is funny if you listen to him as a satirical version of a radio show host. I never listen to him seriously, so he can actually be pretty entertaining. Not good for actually sports news, but funny as a parody.

I can find some type of pleasure in every show on 610's lineup...
