Only on paper at this point. Must transfer to the field and Mahomes will always outplay Mayfield thus continually reminding Mayfield why he had to transfer from Texas Tech every time they play each other from here on out.:D

So did the Chargers in 2017 and 2018

They don’t hand out Lombardis for having “better rosters.”

Hill is a LOT more important to this offense than Chiefs Fan wants to believe.

Yep! BTW, does Dorsey get the last laugh on the Chiefs since he drafted Hunt/Hill only to get Hunt back again???

Absolutely. He knew the Chiefs would do something stupid and he capitalized.

I'd be pissed if they beat us along the way, but in the long run, as long as it's not New England, Pittsburgh or Denver, I'd be okay with it. Hell, they've suffered longer than we have. At least I was alive the last time the Chiefs won a Super Bowl.

I only wish a Cleveland-type team would rise in the AFC East to challenge the Cheatriots and the six extra byes they get every year by playing in a division where none of the other teams EVER improves. I think the $tealer$ are going to be tasting Browns ass for the foreseeable future, and I'm good with that.

Well 5 extra byes. Miami usually beats them at Miami.

Oh I disagree, I think ALL Chief fans realize just how special Hill's talents were to this team. Hill was just as quick and fast laterally as vertically outfitted in a true muscular football body that not only could take a hit but give one as well. The only other NFL player that had what I call "water bug" ability with power was Barry Sanders. Sanders and Hill played a lot alike IMHO and you just don't see that type of talent come along very often.

Let's hope Hardman can take a hit is all I ask at this point.

I keep reading “We have Pat; that’s all we need.” It’s nowhere near that simple. Pat is great, but Pat was an MVP in no small part due to having a player like Hill.

Watch Pat’s biggest throws this past season and note who was on the receiving end.

Depends on what you call his “biggest throws.”

Of course his longest ones obviously were to Hill (except for the 89 yarder to Robinson)

Too bad the games aren’t played on paper...

Cleveland the factory of sadness. So I'm not worried about them.

It’s easy enough to see 10 wins and a wildcard from them, but Greedy is smoking high test crack

Chris Meck 04-27-2019 12:42 PM

they're definitely ascending, and I expect they're a play-off team, but i doubt they're serious contenders just yet.
