Send a certified letter officially requesting a response before you hire a lawyer

Go burn their office down.

But I hate my management company, so I might be a little angrier than most.

It probably cost well over $1,000 to get rid of the scent of cheap booze, midlife crisis, and possum piss.

Wrong. The place was spotless. I practically mother****ing licked the baseboards clean. I'm an excellent tenant with impeccable rental history.

In any case, if there were issues, they had 30 days to inform me.

They've lost that privilege.

LOL. If that's the case just give them a call. No harm on either side. Don't go the legal route over a few hundred bucks.

You honestly didn't hear a word here about a damned phone call?

Give your Mom some time to process... Her little boy just moved out on his own... It's a stressful time for both of you... I'm sure things will work out.. Worse case scenario you can move back into the basement for awhile...

Easier to prove there was an official attempt the close the situation if you have returned receipt that they were officially given written notice vs. trying to say you called them and they would respond with "we don't recall that."

Oh shut up . Landlords don't want problems they can avoid. They have enough. A simple phone call should take care of it.

For sure. Make the call. If that is not effective, do the other thing.

Did you punch some holes in the wall playing Madden?

Bugeater 04-30-2019 06:28 PM

This sounds like an issue for small claims court
