Under Andy Reid all FB take reps with the TEs as well. That was touched on by Matt Derrick in one of RGR podcasts.

I wasn’t very high on James Williams but I was on Gary Johnson. I thought he would for sure make it, especially over that turd Neimann.

I don't think anyone here expected Williams to be anything more than the #3 back, at best (not counting Sherman).
