I like the versatility on the roster. |

Why the Chiefs should go all in and trade for Jalen Ramsey
|
Nope. I absolutely want another corner, but I don't want to blow up our salary cap and also lose a #1 pick. Adding a #2 type is enough.

The guy is about to ask for a massive long-term contract. The Chiefs already have to pay massive contracts to Mahomes, Clark, Jones and possibly Hill. If the Chiefs swing big, it will be for Peterson not Ramsey. The right thing to do is to either to acquire a veteran who has a few years of good play in him and draft a CB next draft or acquire a CB who won't cost too much and whom you feel is on the rise. |

Count me in the anti-Jalen Ramsey camp. I remember when Josh Norman was god's gift to coverage. Change of team, change of scheme, change of production. No thanks.
I'd much rather take aim for one of the under-26-year-old guys who for one reason or another aren't blue-chip players. The problem is there is close to zero chance that any AFC team will trade with us. Would love to see one of those Philly CBs coming over, however. |
Having Ramsey would push this defense into a top 5.
If it is just 1 First round pick- it would be a steal. Do it Veech! We have to play the Jags and it would be awesome to see Ramsey in Red instead of on the other side of the field. |

Once he got away from that, meh. Ramsey is a 6-4 behemoth that can run and play really in any system. He just talks a lot and is going to cost a lot. |
The thing with Ramsey though is that he would be the ideal candidate to tag.
You could have him for 3 years without paying him a big long termer, tag him and trade him then. |

Nice! He knows Breeland, too. Doesn't happen like that very often. |
