Let's see, in his 1st season as starter he's had to:

• Take over an NFL franchise
• Earn the trust of his teammates
• Go 12-4 as a 'rookie'
• Play the (arguably) best QB in history in the AFCCG
• Battle through a couple heartbreaking, possibly season ending losses

I'd say he's had his 1st moment of diversity. The kid is so good he just makes it look easy.

He was probably discouraged having to watch Alex piss down his leg against the Titans his rookie year, knowing full well that he would've won that game.

I don't care what you guys say- Mahomes is going to have some real issues in a few years.

His trophy case is going to be full and they will be laying all over his house. He will be using SB MVP trophies as doorstops just to find a use for them.
