Perhaps they (the schools) should socialize the notion that they're considering moving scholarships to sports where there's no, or little, "Pro" option for graduates. That might leave the kids coming into the programs with a bit of a different outlook on their education and perhaps change their opinions about a lot of things. Limit football, baseball, and basketball to students who can find a way to pay for their college and you might find that you're dealing with better people instead of people who can't read, write, spell, and come in with a victim's mentality.

I'd love to see it just for the fact it would be a really hard reset for players like the one in the OP.
Of cour$e there are many million$ of rea$ons why it won't happen.

Wouldn't it be great to watch football and basketball (nobody watches college baseball) played by students largely made of of kids who could get accepted to a college who didn't neglect their studies for the prior ~12 years?

Don't you know that they pay the white athletes more?

Or is it that there is a disproportionate amount of white players on college sports scholarships?

Yes Nick! Stand up to these idiots.
