Time is running short on Hardman. He's getting to the point where he needs to create a bigger role for himself in the offense or else he needs to go.

It's becoming apparent to me that he probably is never going to take the next step.

Still holding out hope but it needs to happen next season and it needs to happen in a big way.

He is great once he gets the ball in his hands -- remarkable talent. But he just seems to lack the game awareness to be a great option after Hill and Kelce. Watkins played that role last year, but neither Hardman or Robinson were able to step up this year, despite infinite chances. I like Pringle, but he will always be JAG.

As a whole the defense played well for the whole game. They held Tb to just 340 yards total. Just 195 yard passing. You can't really ask for more than that. We lost because the OL just couldn't hold up, period. The loss of Fish and Schwartz turned out to be a much bigger issue than anyone of us thought. And that's not anyone's fault. They got hurt, and there was no predicting that. I expect Veach to address the OL in the offseason. No reason to think he won't.

Just look at Hardman next to Thornhill - they were 2nd rounders in the same draft.

One of them is a gadget player, the other is a borderline pro-bowler had he not had the season-ending injury last year.
